BOOTCAMP

A boot camp is a muscle-strengthening training method carried out in a team under the professional guidance of a fitness instructor. The aim is to improve strength and endurance through intense group training during the one-hour period. Because of the teamwork, the participants exercise more intensively than they would individually, which increases the efficiency of the training.
