Chilates (or also known as Qi Gong) is a part of the centuries-old Chinese teachings, which one learns to maintain and improve physical and mental health. Usually, these exercises are performed according to a specific pattern, but they can also be static, in which a standing or sitting position is held for a long time. Hatha Yoga is a physical form of yoga that focuses on the practice of postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama) and relaxation. In the West, hatha yoga is mainly a means to relax or reduce stress and thus regain harmony in life. In addition, the techniques are also attributed with a beneficial effect on the nervous system, the glands and other important organs, and in general a softening of the body occurs. In the West, the aim of Hatha yoga is therefore primarily to promote health and wellbeing.

HIIT or High Intensity Interval Training is a form of training that mainly trains the cardiovascular system.
HIIT training is based on short, high-intensity interval exercises, alternating with short breaks from active recovery or complete rest. The aim of high intensity training is to repeatedly train the physiological system (the cardiovascular system), which is also used in specific endurance efforts. Gentle cardio training is thought to lose weight because you burn a lot of fat during low-intensity exercise. High Intensity Interval Training is exactly the opposite. It is an efficient workout if you want to burn fat, compared to long-duration endurance training.

The two main sources of Tai Chi Chuan are the wushu fighting techniques on the one hand and the Taoist meditation, health exercises (qi-gong) and vision of life on the other. Both are fused in tai chi. So the three main perspectives of Tai Chi are self-defence, health and meditation.

Vinyasa Yoga is a flowing dynamic style of yoga, also known as flow yoga, in which the postures gradually and smoothly merge into one another.
The literal meaning of Vinyasa is “breath-synchronised movement”. Each class consists of a creative flow of yoga postures to strengthen body and mind. Also suitable for the sporty beginner.

Yin Yang Yoga focuses on loosening and strengthening connective tissue and joints. It is a class in which you are both physically challenged and completely at peace. While other forms of yoga often involve the active contracting of muscles, yin yoga aims to let go of them as much as possible. Poses are held longer than in a regular yoga class. The yin part focuses mainly on sitting and lying postures. The Yang part is slightly more active and often consists of standing postures, paying attention to breathing, movement and alignment.
